Gratitude is such a powerful tool on the brain I think I’ll be on my soap box quite a bit around this subject. Many a time it’s lifted me from some very low moods. It’s proven to raise serotonin levels. The art is not to wait to feel grateful, you just repeat grateful statements in your mind or aloud if no one’s around to hear you!
